1The Problem
This one was my own business, so the problem was mine to solve. I was selling online courses and digital tools through scattered links — payment in one place, delivery by manual email, no single page a customer could trust. Buyers asked the same questions before purchasing, and every sale cost me manual work after the fact.
2How I Solved It
I built a proper storefront around digital delivery. Product pages explain exactly what's inside each course, who it's for, and what a buyer walks away able to do — which is what removes hesitation on an intangible product. Checkout is subscription-ready and hands over access automatically, so there's no manual email after a sale. I added customer reviews for proof, an editorial blog section to bring in search traffic and warm buyers up before they hit a product page, and designed the whole thing mobile-first because that's where nearly all the traffic came from.
