1The Problem
A banking resume needs to communicate more than a list of responsibilities. The presentation challenge here was to make Saleem's progression, client relationship expertise, and portfolio management responsibilities easy to find without losing the detail of his experience. Recruiters need to distinguish his current leadership role from his earlier relationship officer work and quickly identify relevant banking competencies.
2How I Solved It
I organized the presentation around a clear hierarchy: a prominent name and banking-focused headline, a professional summary, and distinct sections for experience, core competencies, technical skills, education, and awards. The experience section separates his Relationship Manager and Relationship Officer roles so the promotion is immediately visible. The skills emphasize relationship management, KYC and client onboarding, credit portfolio monitoring, risk assessment, and team supervision. The two-column layout uses navy headings, teal accents, and generous spacing for visual scanning; this portfolio preview is not a claim of verified ATS compatibility.
