1The Problem
Kivelle wanted to sell fashion jewellery online to women across Saudi Arabia. The products — gold-tone statement necklaces, pearl layers, emerald pieces and hand harness bracelets — look premium, but without a proper store customers could not browse by type, compare sale prices or trust that the order would arrive safely. The brand needed a store that feels luxurious, loads fast on a phone and makes buying a gift simple.
2How I Solved It
I built the store around the jewellery itself. The homepage opens with large sale and collection banners, then a collection showcase so visitors can jump straight to Necklace, Locket, Bangles, Mala or Angla. A Trending Now section and Shop By Videos block show the best pieces in motion. Every product shows the original and sale price in SR so the discount is clear at a glance. To build trust I added sections for free, insured delivery across Saudi Arabia, premium anti-tarnish craftsmanship and signature gift packaging with easy exchanges. A 10% first-order email offer captures visitors who are not ready yet, and 24/7 chat support answers questions before checkout. The whole design is mobile-first, since most buyers shop from Instagram and their phones.
