1The Problem
Javeed was running Al Mushtaq Logistics with no consistent mark at all — the truck livery, the invoices and the WhatsApp profile each used a different look, and the placeholder logo turned into an unreadable smudge when printed small on documents or shrunk to a social avatar. In logistics, where clients hand you goods worth lakhs, that inconsistency quietly costs trust.
2How I Solved It
I treated it as an identity problem, not a logo request. I studied how the mark would actually be used — vinyl on a moving truck, black-and-white on a delivery slip, a 40px circle on WhatsApp — and designed for the hardest case first. The result is a custom transport icon simplified to a few strong shapes that survive at tiny sizes, locked to a clean sans-serif wordmark. I chose a deep blue palette because it reads as reliable and stays legible on both white paperwork and dark vehicle panels. I delivered horizontal, stacked and icon-only lockups plus a one-page usage sheet, so whoever prints the next batch of documents can't get it wrong.
